Korean Youths Play Pivotal Role in Various Economic fields

Pyongyang, March 13 (KCNA) -- Young people in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea are playing a pivotal role in various economic sectors to implement the tasks set forth by Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un in his New Year Address.
Those in the field of coal industry are in the van of struggle for creating Mallima speed.
Youth shock brigade members at the February 8 Jikdong Youth, Chonsong Youth and other eight coal mines under the Sunchon Area Youth Coal Mining Complex have over-fulfilled their daily tunneling plan by three or four times while introducing advanced blasting method.
Members of youth shock brigades at the coal mines under the Kaechon Area Coal Mining Complex have already carried out their first half-yearly economic plans, and those of the Songnam Youth Coal Mine under the Pukchang Area Youth Coal Mining Complex have over-fulfilled their daily quotas thrice.
The youth shock brigade members of Tokchon, Tukjang and Anju area coal mining complexes are standing in the van of the increased production drive.
Such innovative movement of youths can be witnessed in the fields of light industry, electric power, metal, chemical and machine-building industries and railway transport, too.
At the Pyongyang Kim Jong Suk Textile Mill, one young weaver fulfilled her yearly economic plan and tens of weavers carried out their first half-yearly economic assignments.
