Remembrance seminars held abroad

Seminars on President Kim Il Sung's exploits took place in Russia, Bulgaria, Romania, Kuwait, Nepal and Uganda from June 26 to July 3 on the occasion of the 25th death anniversary of the President.

Present at the seminars were figures of various circles and other people in relevant countries.

The first secretary of the Amur Regional Branch Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation said that 25 years have passed since Kim Il Sung, the great leader of the Korean people, passed away, but his history is given steady continuity.

The chairman of the National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea of Romania stressed that the Korean people could bring about world-startling miracles of history thanks to the President's outstanding idea, wise leadership and endless devotion.

The director of the Administrative Department of the Kuwait Times who doubles as chairman of the Kuwait Asian Journalist Association praised the President as a distinguished great man who resolutely frustrated all sorts of challenges by the hostile forces and turned the DPRK into a socialist country independent in politics, self-supporting in economy and self-reliant in national defence.

The chairman of the Nepal Journalist Association for the Study of the Juche Idea and Songun Politics noted that the President will always be alive in the hearts of the world progressives for his exploits for global independence, adding that his idea and cause are creditably carried forward by Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un.
