A delegation of the Nepal Communist Party (Marxist-Leninist) headed by Dhakal Surendra, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Party Central Committee, visited Mangyongdae, the birthplace of President Kim Il Sung.
Being told that the President was born in a straw-thatched house and fostered a lofty intention to liberate the country in his childhood, the visitors looked round the historical relics.
The delegation also toured the Korean Revolution Museum, the Victorious Fatherland Liberation War Museum, the Ryugyong General Ophthalmic Hospital and other places, and watched the grand mass gymnastics and art performance "The Land of the People."
