It happened one October day in Juche 102 (2013), when Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un visited again the completed Munsu Water Park.
Looking round several places of the park, he suddenly stopped at the artificial water falls. The accompanying officials did not know why.
Kim Jong Un said: The sound of water falling in the indoor wading pool is too loud; a practical measure should be taken to remove the sound.
The moment, the officials were all filled with remorse as they had thought the water park was characterized by that sound charming the swimmers.
The Supreme Leader, however, was the first to worry himself about loud sound which would rather cause inconvenience to the joyful paddlers.
At the wave pool, he expressed dissatisfaction over the fact that the shape of waves was not like the real one on the seaside, and the spray tossed up on the rocks by the wave spread in all directions and the water overflowed the pool, resulting in the desultory environment.
He stressed the need to remove the raised part on the shore and make the wave flow in and out the shore as naturally as in the sea.
That day the officials keenly felt again his ennobling intention to allow not slightest fault for the good of the people.
