Minju Joson Censures Japanese Reactionaries' Discrimination against Koreans in Japan

Pyongyang, September 9 (KCNA) -- Some days ago, the Japan Supreme Court declined the appeal lodged by the Osaka Korean School against the exclusion of the Korean School from the application of free education for high schools. The similar appeals were all declined in four other places.
Minju Joson in a commentary Monday denounces such an act as an unethical fascist outrage which can never be justified and an intolerable politically-motivated provocation against the DPRK.
As Koreans in Japan pay the same taxes as the Japanese, they retain the full-fledged right to have their children treated the same as the Japanese children, the commentary notes, and goes on:
However, the Japanese reactionaries are committing the unwarranted act of discrimination against Korean children in Japan and are set to deprive them of their right for learning for the mere reason that they are Koreans. This can not but be the world's worst act of hooliganism.
By categorically standing against the national education for the Koreans in Japan, the Japanese reactionaries seek the sinister purpose to remove the soul of the nation from the minds of the Korean children in Japan and furthermore, assimilate and naturalize them and thus stamp out Chongryon (the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan) in the end.
The Japanese reactionaries are the sworn enemy of the Korean nation as they are getting keen on persecution of Koreans in Japan and discrimination against their children, far from making an apology and reparation for all sorts of misfortune and pain they inflicted on the Korean nation.
We are closely following the wild acts of the Japanese reactionaries committing more and more crimes against the Koreans.
