Pyongyang, May 30 (KCNA) -- Rodong Sinmun Saturday dedicates an article to the 5th anniversary of the publication of Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un's work "On Decisively Enhancing the Role of Officials in the General Offensive for Final Victory".
The work, published on May 29, Juche 104 (2015), clearly indicates the tasks and ways of fundamentally improving the ideological viewpoint, work style and attitude of officials, who are commanding personnel of the revolution, as required by the era and the developing revolution.
The article says that the role of officials is of great importance in victoriously advancing the socialist construction.
It goes on:
Officials are the standard-bearers in implementing the Party's policies and an engine improving their own units.
Their role means the energy for achieving advance and development in their own area, field and units.
It is the intention of our Party that officials should open a road of advance towards the victory in the van of the ongoing offensive for making a breakthrough head-on.
Now is a crucial time when officials should be faithful to the plan and intention of the Central Committee of the Party with their redoubled efforts in the spirit of devotedly implementing the Party's policies.
Only when all officials fulfill their revolutionary duty to the last despite harsh trials and difficulties, a shortcut to the victory in the offensive for making a breakthrough head-on will be made and the building of a powerful socialist nation further hastened.
