Pyongyang, June 2 (KCNA) -- Rodong Sinmun and Kulloja on Tuesday say in a joint article that the word people-first doctrine implies the pro-people nature of the Workers' Party of Korea and pride of our people enjoying all the privileges, and promises rosy future of our dignified state dashing ahead like the wind.
The article adds Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un's politics based on the people-first principle is the one of attaching importance to the people and of ardent love for the people, and goes on:
It is future-oriented one of surely ensuring the lasting prosperity of the country and nation.
The example of the genuine people-oriented politics in line with the socialist idea and nature of socialism is the people-first politics of the Supreme Leader who is brilliantly embodying President Kim Il Sung's idea of believing in people as in Heaven and Chairman Kim Jong Il's benevolent politics on the highest level.
The doctrine of the Supreme Leader is that people should be upheld as the great leaders are done. It was in his noble world that the essence of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, the guiding idea of our Party and the state, was formulated as the people-first principle, the idea of thoroughly embodying the outlook on the people of the President and the Chairman set forth and the slogan "Everything for the people and everything by relying on them!" definitely turned into the basic principle and mode of the activities of our Party and the state.
Kim Jong Un's people-first politics brought about a great reality on this land.
Thanks to the politics, the single-minded unity, noble revolutionary heritage left by the great leaders, has been further cemented and the bright future is in store for us.
For the past eight years, our Party has led the socialist cause to victory with its invincible leadership and steered the ever-changing world political trend in the interests of our state and people.
The people-first politics proved in practice the immutable truth that not only economic power, scientific and technological potential and defence capability but also external prestige of a country are decided by political creed and mode.
