Members of the Kang Ho Yong Youth Shock Brigade of the Chonsong Youth Coal Mine have fulfilled their economic plan for two years.
In hearty response to the Party’s call for smashing straight through all the barriers in the way of our advance, they finished the yearly plan until mid-March by launching a powerful offensive from the outset of the new year.
Without resting on their laurels, they braced themselves up, holding up such slogans as “Let us take the lead in today’s offensive for making a frontal breakthrough!” and “Forward, pathfinder, towards the grand festival venue of October!”
“The mucking speed is just that of tunnelling. We carried on the mucking at the same time while maximizing the cyclic frequency of coal wagons per shift by adopting efficient methods,” said Kang Kum Chol, head of the shock brigade.
With the spirit of collectivism in which everyone attends to each other and the past shift helps next one being pervaded, the shock brigade members hit their target for two years by June 20 by carrying out their tunnelling assignments four times at maximum every day.
