Early in August this year, Taechong-ri in Unpha County, North Hwanghae Province was hit by flood.
But today, dwelling houses are being built in the area after dealing with flood damage. Flood victims are provided with necessary conditions by the State, leading s life in the offices of county-level guidance organs, public establishments and other houses.
It is associated with deep concern and loving care of Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un to free them from inconvenience in their living at the earliest possible date.
On August 6 and 7, he inspected the flood-stricken Taechong-ri area to learn in detail about the situation. Noting that it is of primary importance to immediately supply the victims with bedding, daily necessaries, medicines and other necessities to stabilize their living as early as possible, he entrusted the task entirely to the departments of the Party Central Committee and the families of officials at its headquarters.
He also instructed that a central design force should be dispatched to draw up a detailed plan for building houses for 800 families in the flood-hit farm village of Unpha County, and took measures to complete the project at the earliest date possible and on the highest level.
As a result, the Korean People’s Army was urgently deployed in the flood-hit area to launch the campaign for removing dealing with flood damage and building dwelling houses for flood victims.
On September 11, he inspected again the reconstruction site of the flood-hit Taechong-ri area.
Feasting his eyes on the villages that have taken their shape as befitting the icon of modern houses in the countryside in a little over 30 days, he said that our Party has faced troubles and distress at the damage caused by the recent successive heavy rain and typhoons, but it would think it the greatest honour to readily face them for the sake of the great people and take every possible measure for them and repay their great trust without fail.
Before long, people will witness a new appearance of Taechong-ri rebuilt as the cradle of their happiness under the deep concern of Kim Jong Un.
