Peerlessly Great Men's Feats for Finding out Ancestral Father of Korean Nation

In Kangdong County of Pyongyang, the capital city of the DPRK, there is the Mausoleum of King Tangun, the ancestral father of the Korean nation.
The mausoleum was magnificently reconstructed in October Juche 83 (1994) to suit the stamina of Tangun's Korea, a powerful state that existed in the East.
Its reconstruction would have been unthinkable without the feats of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il.
Tangun, a real character, had long been known as a mythological being due to the Japanese imperialists' moves to obliterate Tangun. Early in the 20th century, the Japanese imperialists occupied Korea and ran amuck to stamp out the history of the Korean nation. Particularly, they burnt out the historical books related to Tangun and fabricated "Korean History" in which the ancient history of Korea was cut off.
The President regarded it as his lifelong task to set the national history right and worked heart and soul for its realisation.
He energetically guided the work for discovering the tomb of idolised Tangun. Thanks to his far-sighted wisdom, the remains and relics of Tangun were unearthed and the history of Tangun's Korea was straightened on a scientific basis.
He appointed the site for the mausoleum of Tangun and presented a blueprint for its construction, giving detailed instructions on its scale and style. On July 6, 1994, two days before his demise, he examined the final miniature of the mausoleum and gave an instruction for building it as soon as possible.
Under the energetic guidance of the Chairman, the mausoleum could be splendidly constructed in less than one year, as desired by the President.
The Korean people are upholding the peerlessly great men as their great saviours who found out the ancestral father of the nation and made the long history and wisdom of the nation be handed down from generation to generation.
