The Workers’ Party of Korea’s organizations of North Phyongan Province ensure that its officials and workers study the ideas and spirit of the 8th Congress of the WPK hard, thus bringing them home to them.
The provincial party committee makes detailed organizational arrangements for fortifying all the inhabitants with the ideas of the WPK. First of all, it motivates them to study hard and fully master the report made at its 8th Congress.
