Pak Jong Gun was appointed Vice-Premier and Chairman of the State Planning Commission, Jon Hyon Chol, Kim Song Ryong, Ri Song Hak, Pak Hun, Vice-Premiers, Ju Chol Gyu Vice-Premier and Minister of Agriculture and Kim Kum Chol Secretary General of Secretariat of the Cabinet.
Kim Yu Il was appointed Minister of Electric Power Industry, Ma Jong Son, Minister of Chemical Industry, Jang Chun Song, Minister of Railways, Kim Chol Su, Minister of Mining Industry, Kim Chung Song, Minister of Natural Resources Development, Ju Yong Il, Minister of Posts and Telecommunications, So Jong Jin, Minister of Construction and Building-materials Industry, Jang Kyong Il, Minister of Light Industry, Ko Jong Bom, Minister of Finance, Jin Kum Song, Minister of Labour, Yun Jong Ho, Minister of External Economic Relations, Im Kyong Jae, Minister of Urban Management, Pak Hyok Chol, Minister of Commerce, Ri Hyok Gwon, Minister of State Construction Control, Ri Kuk Chol, President of
Kim Il Sung
University and Minister of Higher Education of Education Commission, Choe Kyong Chol, Minister of Public Health, Sung Jong Gyu, Minister of Culture, Chae Song Hak, President of Central Bank and Ri Chol San, Director of Central Bureau of Statistics.
U Sang Chol was appointed Director of the Central Public Prosecutors Office of the DPRK.
