This is the Jungphyong Vegetable Greenhouse Farm Village in the northern part of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
People moved into new houses in December Juche 108(2019).
A lot of dwelling houses have been built and buildings laid out in various ways, which is reminiscent of a city rather than a farm village.
The respected Supreme Leader
Kim Jong Un
visited the Jungphyong area in July Juche 107(2018). Making clear a prospective plan of building the vegetable greenhouse farm, he proposed building residential quarters and cultural and welfare facilities as modern and cultured as the city.
Looking round the area in October the following year, he highly praised the Jungphyong Vegetable Greenhouse Farm Village as a model and paragon of the socialist modern farm houses. And he said: The farm village built more than 10 years ago cannot be a model of the modern farm houses even now. In the future all the farm villages should be built on the level of the Jungphyong Vegetable Greenhouse Farm Village.
It was the will of
Kim Jong Un
to constantly create a new paragon and model in building the socialist rural culture as well in keeping with the demand of the times.
