The greatness of a great man is that of his philosophy and ideology.

Chairman Kim Jong Il is the greatest of all great men. He gave perfect answers to all the problems of the accomplishment of the cause of human independence, that of socialism, by conducting energetic ideological and theoretical activities.

Therefore, those who met him and received teachings from him or read his immortal encyclopedic works avidly were all fascinated by his outstanding charisma as a highly gifted thinker and theoretician and adored him very much. They include Vishwanath who was the secretary of the International Kim Il Sung Prize Council and the International Kim Jong Il Prize Council and the director general of the International Institute of the Juche Idea.

He said from the bottom of his heart that Kim Jong Il was the sun of mankind who gave brilliant light to the world and powerfully led the cause of human independence to victory.

Toward the end of last century the cause of human independence was faced with crisis due to the collapse of socialism in some countries, bloody wars on imperialists’ part, national disputes and so on.

Imperialists and reactionary forces jubilantly chattered about “the absence of socialism in the 21st century”.

Imperialist reactionary forces focused all their attack on socialist Korea.

A preeminent thinker and theoretician, a champion of a rightful cause and an iron-willed man of matchless courage, Kim Jong Il announced the victory of the cause of socialism at that difficult and complex juncture.

He published the immortal work “Socialism Is a Science”, in which he proved the inevitability of the victory of socialism as a science and manifested the ways to the final victory of socialism.

Vishwanath was deeply moved.

He keenly realized once again that the future of mankind was guaranteed by the outstanding ideology, theory and political ability of Kim Jong Il and that victory in the cause of human independence lay in adopting his great idea as guidelines on the struggle for it.

Vishwanath made up his mind to trust and follow nobody but Kim Jong Il who was a great thinker, theoretician and philosopher as well as an outstanding veteran statesman and the most seasoned leader. He was firmly convinced that mankind would have a bright future only when it espoused him.

Many other foreign friends, too, revered Kim Jong Il with their whole hearts charmed by his extraordinary wisdom and outstanding political ability. The politicians and mass media of the West also spoke very highly of him as a great personality.

Despite the lapse of much time the personages in all walks of life and progressive peoples of different countries still respect Kim Jong Il warmly for having performed immortal exploits for the future of mankind. Moreover, they incessantly give presents to him and award him orders, medals and honorary titles.

Kim Jong Il will always live in the hearts of mankind like the sun.
