Pyongyang, March 2 (KCNA) -- The slogan "One for all and all for one!", which comes to be our people's outlook on life, shows the true appearance of our country where all the people help and lead each other forward, and reflects the true nature of socialism.
The proud victories and epoch-making changes recorded in the course of our people's struggle are closely associated with patriotic devotion out of their view of life on collectivism.
The history of the DPRK still remembers a period called the Chollima age.
During the period, the Chollima movement, one of collective innovation movements, was dynamically waged to have brought about the fundamental change in our people's ideological viewpoint and way of work and world-startling miracles and innovations in socialist construction.
In the Chollima age, people valued the interests of the collective and the country before everything else, though they had not enough fund and materials as well as food and clothing.
They regarded it as a shame to go in advance alone and as a disgrace to follow behind others, and dedicated their all to the country and the people, the collective and comrades rather than seeking their personal interests and glory, all of which represent their mental world.
Such view of life based on collectivism played an important role in realizing the socialist industrialization in our country within 14 years.
The spirit of collectivism of the Korean people, who have devoted themselves to the society and the collective and the prosperity of the country, has been further sublimated with the passage of time.
The members of a hero workteam in Komdok area, who over-fulfilled their plan for January by four times, are dedicating their all to the collective, valuing their workteam above all.
Elder miners like the workteam leader are lavishing their technical skills and experience on young miners, and working heart and soul to train them to be competent.
Today, the fine traits of taking warm care of and devotedly helping those in difficulty are being witnessed one after another in our country.
Such lofty moral traits can be brought into full bloom under the socialist system of our country with collectivism as its nature. -0-
