First of all, it ensured that the technology of the production of protein feed was applied to the Poman Fish Farm in Sohung County to register successes in its production. Shortly after, it expertly arranged for the relevant experiences to be widely generalized in its other units. It vividly showed its officials and the officials of its cities and counties the data on the consumption of cereals and the output of fish which were contrastively analyzed pursuant to the use and nonuse of a kind of Stratiomyidae so that they could keenly realize how much they would profit from the use of the insect. Afterwards, the habitats of the insect were built competitively across the length and breadth of the province.
The officials of the provincial people’s committee rapidly built a habitat of a kind of Stratiomyidae at a catfish farm. The senior officials of the province’s cities and counties each dynamically built the habitats at their breeding stock farms and breeding fish stations in real earnest. The cooperative farms of the province set up the habitats at the bases of their stockbreeding workteams and cattle fattening subworkteams. Its factories and enterprises did that at their livestock centers and fish farms. Consequently, the habitats were completed anew throughout the province in a short time.
