Pyongyang, August 3 (KCNA) -- In recent years, a large number of new-type trolley buses and trams have appeared in streets of Pyongyang, the capital city of the DPRK.
Those traffic means, favored by everyone, are playing a big role in preventing the air pollution and facilitating the citizens' transportation.
Their users would recall with deep emotion the devoted efforts made by the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un to settle the capital city traffic problem.
One day in August of Juche 107 (2018), the General Secretary visited the Pyongyang Trolley Bus Factory and the Songsan Tram Station. He examined new types of trolley bus and tram the Korean workers manufactured by their own efforts and technology in a short period, and guided even their trial operation at midnight.
On the day, he said with pleasure that the people would be delighted to see those home-made trams and trolley buses running along streets and that it is our Party's intention to pick up even a star from the sky if it is desired by the people.
New-type trolley buses and trams are now running along streets of the capital city, conveying his warm love for the people.
