Pyongyang, October 20 (KCNA) -- Rodong Sinmun on Wednesday says in an article that all the Korean people should make strenuous efforts to cultivate nobility and character befitting the people of a powerful country, and thus further display the dignity and might of a powerful socialist state of Juche before the world.
