A meeting and a floral basket-laying ceremony took place in Russia on the occasion of the 76th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea.
Present at the events were many people including personages of the Amur Regional Branch Committee and the Khabarovsk Territorial Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, the Russian Blagoveshchensk Association for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, the Lenin Young Communist League of the Russian Federation and other units.
Speakers at the events noted that the great Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il built the WPK into a vanguard organization defending the interests of the people.
They stressed that the respected Kim Jong Un, who inherited the idea of the preceding leaders on party building and their exploits, regards it as the mode of existence of the Party to make selfless, devoted efforts for the good of the people and gives top priority to and absolutizes the demand and interests of the people.
A meeting was also held at the Communist Party of the Soviet Union on the same occasion.
Messages of greetings to Kim Jong Un were adopted at the events held by the Khabarovsk Territorial Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation and the Central Committee of the Lenin Young Communist League of the Russian Federation.
