The National Sci-Tech Exhibition in the Field of Nano Technology--2021 opened on the 22nd under the sponsorship of the Central Committee of the General Federation of Science and Technology of Korea.
The theme of the recent exhibition is "Strengthening of foundation for establishment of nano industry."
The exhibition is aimed at widely introducing, exchanging and disseminating the sci-tech successes achieved in the field of nano technology, one of the core basic technologies guaranteeing the future development of economy, the development of science and technology, and nano products in order to actively encourage the development of nano industry.
Present on the occasion were teachers, researchers and post graduate students of tens of units including Kim Il Sung University, Kim Chaek University of Technology, the Nano Engineering Branch of the State Academy of Sciences and the Nano Agricultural Technology Institute of the Academy of Agricultural Science.
Presented to the exhibition are more than 190 achievements made by the nano technological field in the research to develop technologies contributing to the economic development of the country and improvement of the people's living and with world competitive power.
The exhibition is held, divided into the sci-tech exhibition in the way of virtual exhibition and the sci-tech presentation in the way of video conferencing.
Lectures are also given on the trend of the development and peculiarities of the world nano industry.
The exhibition opens until 29th.
