A refuse recycling factory was built in Haeju City, South Hwanghae Province. It consists of grading line, organic fertilizer production line and block production line and can deal with a large amount of rubbishes annually.
Upholding the Party’s policy on recycling the South Hwanghae Provincial Party Committee dynamically called on the officials and working people to build the refuse recycling factory at lightning speed which had been adopted as a Party decision.
The officials of the Provincial People’s Committee made daily plans minutely and arranged the organization and command of the construction work ambitiously.
Officials and working people of several units turned out for the work to implement the Party’s decision and pushed forward the construction on a high qualitative level by tapping out internal reserves and pooling their wisdom and strength together.
Thanks to the vigorous struggle of the officials and working people of South Hwanghae Province the construction of the factory concluded in a short period.
