History of Love for People Continues in DPRK
Pyongyang, December 4 (KCNA) -- In his lifetime, Chairman Kim Jong Il devoted his all to the wellbeing of the people and, in the course, performed immortal exploits.
He regarded it as his greatest pleasure to do things for the people and felt joy at their happiness and pleasure.
That's why the people of the DPRK are unanimous in saying that his whole life was for the people.
The history of love for the people shown by the Chairman has steadily continued thanks to the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un.
The General Secretary set forth the people-first politics as the fundamental issue and main political mode decisive of the Workers' Party of Korea's existence and the State's success and has enforced it consistently, saying that nothing should be spared for the people and we should revere them as much as we had held the Chairman in esteem.
He advanced the slogans "Everything for the people and everything by relying on them!" and "Let the entire Party make selfless, devoted efforts for the good of the great people!" to make the people-first principle prevail as the solid political climate of the State, Party climate and national customs.
Deeming it his supreme honor to dedicate himself to the people, he has made a ceaseless journey of devoted service for them.
Lots of new streets, fairy villages, light industrial establishments and bases for cultural and leisure activities appeared in Pyongyang and other parts of the country in the last ten years of the new century of Juche. All of them are a fruition of the General Secretary's ardent love for the people.
