In the United States that professes to be “exemplary state in the field of human rights” or “human rights judge”, extreme acts of racial discrimination continue to be openly committed against the innocent children and foreign students, thus inviting high consternation and resentment of the world people.

On November 10, the British newspaper “The Guardian” reported on the extreme inequality being manifested in the COVID-19 vaccination for the children in the U.S.

It carried the statement by Jorge Caballero, Co-Founder at “Coders Against COVID”, an American organization of volunteers. He disclosed that in the U.S., residential areas of the whites have more places for vaccination, two times that of other areas, and that while there are equal demands for COVID-19 vaccination, vaccination is carried out in an unequal and biased way according to racial and ethnic groups.

He said that inequality is imposed not only on adults but also on children in COVID-19 vaccination, and he appealed to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention of the U.S to transparently disclose all the information concerning vaccination for the children.

According to the foreign media, although all children aged 12 and over are permitted to be vaccinated against COVID-19 in the U.S., unfair racial discrimination is unscrupulously applied with the result that a quarter of the children newly infected for the last few months have turned out to be the non-whites.

This is not all about the acts of racial discrimination against children, which are rampant in the U.S.

Recently, an incident occurred in Utah, where a 10-year-old black pupil committed suicide after going through a long mental suffering. He had been unbearably insulted by his white classmates who called him “stinky Negro.”

What is more shocking is that the pupil’s parents appealed several times to the class teacher and the principal against this misdeed of  racial discrimination and urged them to take relevant measures, only to be ignored and treated coldly by the school.

And on November 18, a horrible incident occurred in Chicago, where a Chinese student was shot to death by a gangster on the street. The gangster had threatened the victim to take out money and belongings, and finally sprayed bullets.

As regards this incident, the Chinese Ambassador to the U.S. condemned the widespread act of hating the Asians and rejecting China in the U.S., and strongly demanded that the murderer be punished by the law.

The above-mentioned cases are a tiny part of the human rights violations caused by the racism deeply rooted in the American society at large.

No matter how doggedly the U.S. struggles to embellish itself with flowery words of “equality of all” and “protection of human rights”, and how groundlessly it takes issue with other countries over their “human rights”, it can never hide its vicious color as the most heinous racist country. It is quite natural therefore that the U.S. is presented with endless ridicules and denunciations from the international society.
