The Kim Chaek Iron and Steel Complex is increasing production to glorify this year, the first year of implementing the decisions of the Eighth Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea, with proud labour achievements.
The complex is planning and commanding the work in detail to normalize the production on a high level.
The oxygen-blast furnace workshop in charge of the first process of the production takes care of the furnace in a scientific and technical way and introduces advanced melting methods to increase the output of molten iron per charge. The gas generator workshop and the oxygen plant branch factory produce good-quality gas and oxygen and send them to relevant units in time.
The hot-rolling workshop increases the production of rolled steel by actively introducing valuable technical innovation plans.
The supply units produce and supply necessary raw and other materials and accessories in time, making an active contribution to the increased production of iron and steel.
