The field consultative meetings discussed such issues as those of firmly cementing the material and technological foundation for increase in the iron and steel production, producing and supplying enough fertilizer needed for next year’s farming, improving the quality of insulating materials and increasing the ranks of technicians and skilled workers and expanding the production capacity in conformity with the decision made at the 8th Congress of the WPK and the administrative policy of the DPRK government.
