Foreign personages supported the decisions of the Fourth Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea which presented a policy of struggle for an overall development of socialist construction.
The Secretary General of the National Resistance Movement and a commissioner of the Presidential Office of Uganda noted that the tasks put forward by General Secretary Kim Jong Un at the plenary meeting are really a wise policy making it possible to develop the socialist construction in an overall way.

The Chairman of the Society for the Study of the Juche Literary Idea of Guinea expressed the belief that the Korean people would vigorously advance along the road of national prosperity indicated by His Excellency Kim Jong Un this year. The Chairperson of the Marine Transport Council of the Democratic Congo hoped that the Korean people would make a great success in their struggle for building a powerful socialist country in the new year, too.
