Conjugal drivers Jang Yun Chol and Ri Yun Hui at a unit under the Pyongyang Construction Commission are loved and respected by people as innovators.
They took part in many major construction projects for more than 30 years. The routes of driving in those days are said to be equivalent to the distance of 28 rounds of the earth.
The great leader Kim Jong Il and the respected Kim Jong Un highly praised them for their sincere efforts. So, the couple has driven for socialist construction to live up to their deep trust.
Jang Yun Chol says:
"We are the happiest workers.
What we wanted driving for decades was to give a help to the country even a little."
Ri Yun Hui says:
"People ask me if I may stop driving as I am aged and a woman. Then, I say what we are doing is not so great but we are the conjugal workers praised by the great leader Kim Jong Il and recognized by General Secretary Kim Jong Un.
I am only determined to devote myself."
They are now performing feats at the site for the construction of 10,000 flats in the Hwasong area which are being built under the care of the Workers' Party of Korea.
