The combatants in the military medical sector, who were urgently deployed at pharmacies in the capital city of Pyongyang on the special order of the Central Military Commission of the Workers’ Party of Korea to offer 24-hour service for the supply of medicines, are now fully displaying their unconditional loyalty to the Party Central Committee, boundless devotion to the people and responsibility for their revolutionary mission.
The commanding group of the Ministry of National Defence for the supply of medicines in Pyongyang is quickly taking necessary measures on the basis of a detailed understanding of the demand for medicines in relevant areas.
And it is scrupulously organizing the work to send tens of thousands of copies of hygienic information data and dispensatory and a necessary quantity of medicine packets to pharmacies.
After acquainting itself with the distribution of pharmacies in Ryongsong, Ryokpho, Rangnang, Sadong and other districts, it has established 20-odd more temporary mobile medicine supply kiosks there in close contact with and with the help of officials of local Party and government organs so that medicines can be supplied to locals faster and more exactly.
Having heard that treatment of patients is impeded at the Pyongyang Thermal Power Station, the Pyongyang Bearing Factory and other units which are steadily pushing ahead with production in line with the requirements of the top emergency anti-epidemic system, the commanding group immediately organized mobile treatment teams and dispatched them to the relevant units along with necessary medicines, thus reliably defending the life and safety of the working people.
Similar groups based in every district (county) are doing their best to make local residents feel no inconvenience at local pharmacies by providing the shops with chairs, drinking water and mouthwash.
By intensifying hygienic information activities using portable amplifiers, they make sure that all people renew their understanding of the crisis caused by the spread of the epidemic and their awareness of anti-epidemic work, help and control one another and firmly ensure voluntary unity of thinking and action.
The military medics are dedicating themselves to medicine supply and treatment of patients by visiting those with fever if they phone them without merely waiting for such patients to come.
