Important Issue He Stressed

It was one day in January of Juche 101(2012).

The respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un taught that the officials should complete our revolution by dint of revolutionary comradeship. That day he stressed importantly that the officials should devote themselves to the people.

He said that the officials should make tireless efforts for people in the spirit of plucking a star from the sky and bringing a flower into bloom even on a rock if it is desired by people.

He added that officials should always think what would people like and want and should do what people like and want.

The meaningful teaching made by the respected General Secretary in the first days of new century of Juche taught our officials deeply even today the way to become true servants of people.

Life of Officials

One day in March some years ago, an official gave a word of apology to the respected General Secretary when he visited the Central Zoo.

Its content was that when the clock installed in Munsu Water Park was run down for a while some time ago, the officials in the relevant field including him put people to inconvenience because they didn’t take care of and measure for it.

Looking at the official who was suffering guilty conscience, the respected General Secretary said that the issue that the clock was run down in Munsu Water Park was not merely a common issue but the issue about the ideological viewpoint and work attitude of officials. He said that the issue should be seen as the issue that the hearts of the officials who serve the people stopped the beating.

His teaching carried the earnest request that the officials should regard the devotional service for people as their lifeline and become the true servant of people.

Be Careful Mother

In December some years ago the respected General Secretary made a historic conclusion at the First Conference of Chairpersons of the Primary Committees of the Workers’ Party of Korea.

In his conclusion the respected General Secretary said that the chairpersons of the Party primary committees should personify the noble viewpoint of our Party on the people and people-oriented philosophy and become the true servant of people and mother of people.

And he added that the chairpersons of the Party primary committees should put themselves in the position of being fully responsible for the living of people and that the more they devote the sincerity for the better life of people, the more deeply the people feel thankfulness to motherly Party and the more solidly the whole collective unite as one family and the people’s minds will link to the central committee of WPK.

Listening to his words, the participants of the conference made a pledge to become the true Party workers of the motherly Party who take care of people and devote themselves for them upholding the noble will of the respected General Secretary.

His Attentive Mind

At one midnight in August of Juche 107(2018) the respected General Secretary guided the trial operation of the newly-made tramcar.

During the operation an official informed the respected General Secretary that when the new tramcar went to Songsan Tramcar Station people gave the tramcar a clap with satisfaction.

After a while the respected General Secretary said that people’s clap showed that our people looked forward to the day when the traffic problem would be solved and the officials in the car should be stimulated from the fact that the people gave the tramcar a clap with gladness.

And he added that it was the mind of people who had been used to impatiently wait for the trolley bus or tramcar to arrive in mid-summer and mid-winter.

At the moment the officials bowed their heads because they recognized the noble intention of the respected General Secretary that the officials should be thoughtful of people’s mind and solve all problems from the stand of people.
