Lots of youth league officials and members in Pyongyang continue to provide medicines and other materials to patients and needy households.
The chairman of the Pyongyang municipal youth league committee showed his unstinted sincerity for an emergency anti-epidemic unit, while the chairman and officials of the Taesong District youth league committee prepared medicines and materials with sincerity and delivered them to the families of young people who had volunteered for the Kubin Stockbreeding Farm in Kangdong County and informed them of news from their children, calling on them to overcome the present temporary difficulties.
The chairman of the Tongdaewon District youth league committee visited several families in the district to explain to them important policies taken by the Workers’ Party of Korea and the state and gave them a great deal of medicines and food.
The deeds performed by the chairman of the primary youth league committee of Pyongyang University of Foreign Studies, the chief instructor in charge of the Korean Children’s Union at Tongsong Junior Middle School in Central District and the KCU instructor of Ryonhwa Primary School in the same district touched the heartstrings of many people. They conveyed medicines and materials they had prepared with sincerity to boarding students, others who have been getting treatment at home and relevant clinics engaged in the treatment.
A young worker at the general weaving workshop of the Pyongyang Kim Jong Suk Textile Mill unhesitatingly gave medicines she had obtained for herself to her sick colleagues, and a teacher of Songhwa Junior Middle School in Sadong District and many other teaching staffs in the district sent foodstuffs to the families of their students who were undergoing treatment so that they could recover as soon as possible.
