The work is promoted in every aspect to firmly consolidate the material and technical foundations of the anti-epidemic and public health sectors along with the decisive measures taken by the state for strengthening the anti-epidemic ability.

The central emergency anti-epidemic sector is taking timely measures to find out and correct all the gaps and defects in the anti-epidemic work while rationally setting and flexibly regulating the regional anti-epidemic level on the basis of the incidence of those in a fever and the mass immunity formation.

The Cabinet and the Ministry of Public Health direct efforts to observing, predicting, studying and controlling all sorts of diseases including COVID-19 and establishing a well-planned state system to watch the inflow, outbreak, spread and variation of pathogenic microbes on a regular basis by building inspection centres equipped with modern facilities in different regions.

The Biomedicine Institute under the Academy of Medical Science and other medicine developers have finished the inspection of clinical effects of the already-developed medicines and entered into the stage of synthetic analysis for drawing up directions for use of medicines. They are putting spurs to the home production of nucleic acid test reagent.

Research activities are brisk to develop and complete the advanced management support system capable of predicting the future situation on the basis of the characteristics of the virus spread.
