Upon receiving the news of the Enlarged Meeting of the Fifth Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea held under the guidance of General Secretary Kim Jong Un, our members of the High-Speed Youth Shock Brigade are full of enthusiasm to take the lead in implementing the decisions of the plenary meeting by giving full play to the spirit and courage of Korean youth in the construction of 10 000 flats in the Hwasong area of Pyongyang that is planned to be completed this year.
We had worked diligently to build 10 000 flats in the Songsin and Songhwa area according to the capital city construction plan of the General Secretary.
As a commander of the High-Speed Youth Shock Brigade engaged in the building of 50 000 flats in the capital city, I will make the members of the youth shock brigade fully demonstrate the honour and stamina of worthy creators and proud pathfinders in carrying out the tasks set forth at the enlarged meeting, while overcoming the ongoing national crisis by dint of the faith, will and unity peculiar to Juche Korea.
