The participants in the Eighth National Conference of War Veterans enjoyed themselves at the Yangdok Hot Spring Resort.
The resort management station made sincere efforts to provide all the recreational conditions and environment for the victors of the great years.
Attendants and medical workers showed special concern for their health and life as their grandsons and granddaughters would do.
For the war veterans, each day was an unusual experience.
Their merry laughter were heard at every nook and cranny of the resort–terraced spa bath and other spa baths filled with a variety of medicinal materials, video room where they can watch films while having fatigue-relieving massages at the same time and the general service centre furnished with various sporting apparatuses and cultural recreation facilities.
Feasting their eyes on the landscape of the resort area, including service facilities, skiing ground and riding park from the observation platform, they keenly felt once again the love of the motherly Party for people, which has created a new world of socialist civilization translating into brilliant reality the people’s ideals in the mountainous area of Yangdok.
They had photos taken to cherish the moments of happiness at the resort.
The performance given by artistes of the national-level art troupes added much to the atmosphere of the resort.
The war veterans sang wartime songs and danced with youthful vigour together with the entertainers.
The management and other employees of the station arranged birthday spreads with sincerity for the war veterans who had their birthdays during their stay in the resort.
