Japan, in its 2022 defense white paper, branded again the DPRK as a "critical and urgent threat" to its security, following last year.

It also labeled neighboring counties as "subjects of deep concern for security of the region and the international community" and "forces shaking the base of the whole international order including Asia as well as Europe."

It is a shameless behavior like the guilty party filing the suit first and a cunning trick to justify its reckless militaristic moves.

It is none other than Japan that impels the regional situation towards an acute state at present with a rash move for turning itself into a military power in order to realize its wild ambition for reinvasion.

It is evidenced by Japan's forcible pushes for revising the Constitution, increasing its "defense spendings" and possessing the "capability to attack enemy bases" despite strong opposition at home and abroad.

The Japanese reactionaries drew up draft amendments of the Constitution that get rid of the key parts stipulating the abandoning of the rights to have an army and engage in a war and recognize the "Self-Defense Forces" as a regular army and brought them up to "debate". And they are making a desperate bid for securing rubber stamps needed for revising the Constitution.

Not content with touting alleged "threats" to pour a lot more money into the move to build a military giant, Japan gave a false account of the proportion of the military spendings to its GDP in this year's white paper, shamelessly uttering that "it is the lowest in the world."

While persistently trying to possess the "capability to attack enemy bases" which is condemned even at home as an attempt to acquire the capability for making a preemptive strike, Japan goes crafty to consider specifying the capability in the "state security strategy" by renaming it "counterattack capability."

If such dangerous schemes are all completed, Japan will turn into a war-capable state that can legally wage an invasion of any country at any moment, thus embarking on the road of overseas invasion brazenly.

There is no vouch that a new war of aggression will not be ignited again by such outrageous Japan, which never feels any guilty, far from apologizing for its unprecedented crimes of aggression on the peoples of Asian countries in the last century.

Moreover, the undisguised hostility towards the DPRK, China and Russia and subsequent ill-boding moves by the Japanese reactionaries suggest that another bloody war of aggression to be started by Japan comes into sight moment by moment.

Japan is the most dangerous scaremonger that destroys regional peace and stability and brings clouds of a war.

Aggression leads to self-suicide.

Mindful of this truth of history, Japan should stop acting rashly.
