All the manpower and means are mobilized for harvesting and threshing in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea to implement the decision of the 10th Politburo Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.

The machine-building industry and different other sectors are producing and supplying accessories for farm machines as planned. The railway transport sector is organizing the work to transport farming materials intensively.
The Agricultural Commission and other agricultural guidance organs at all levels are taking active and timely measures to concentrate manpower and means on harvesting and threshing.
Now that a concrete investigation of ripening of grains has been made according to fields, plots and strains, the farms across the country have distributed manpower rationally and are actively promoting the autumn farming while launching socialist emulation drives between sub-workteams and between workteams.
Ministries and national institutions, officials and working people throughout the country are devoting themselves to assistance to the countryside.
