Officials of the Ministry of Chemical Industry and major chemical industrial bases are striving to settle the sci-tech problems arising in the expansion of production capacity and the improvement of equipment performance and provide necessary materials in time.
The Hungnam Fertilizer Complex worked out a plan to install more equipment at major production processes and has stubbornly carried it into practice.
The Namhung Youth Chemical Complex has directed efforts to the maintenance of reserve machines and the expansion of production capacity while pushing ahead with the current production.
Meanwhile, a technical innovation movement was launched to improve the performance of equipment.
The February 8 Vinalon Complex is stepping up the work to increase the production capacity and repair the major production processes.
