You have long conducted energetic activities with a heavy responsibility of the head of state and achieved remarkable successes for attaining the grand strategic goal of building a powerful Russia, thus enjoying deep respect and support of the broad masses.
Today Russia is smashing the challenges and threats of the United States and its vassal forces and firmly defending the dignity and fundamental interests of the state. It is unthinkable apart from your outstanding leadership and strong will.
I am rejoiced over the fact that the mutual support and cooperation between the two countries are strengthened unprecedentedly in the struggle to develop the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the DPRK and Russia on to a higher stage, defend peace and stability of the region and realize the international justice according to the agreement reached at our first meeting in Vladivostok in 2019.
I believe that the individual bonds formed between us will play a bigger role in steadily consolidating and developing the DPRK-Russia friendship which was verified and further cemented amid the upheavals of history in keeping with the demand of the times and the aspiration of the peoples of the two countries.
