All the exploits the President performed were for the people, with the people and by the people. In order to hold up the people as God, he authored and applied in practice the Juche idea, thus building the Juche-oriented socialist country.The President saw that the people won back their country that had been deprived of by the Japanese imperialists. The entire Korean people had the will to defend the country with 5 000-year long history at the cost of their lives.Unlike other political parties in the world, the Workers’ Party of Korea is a genuine revolutionary party and the General Staff for the state and the building of a new society.The immortal exploits the President performed still give a scope of speculation to several nations of the world in colonial slavery, in particular, to Africa, furthermore, to the people in the DR Congo. In the DR Congo our preceding generations planned to carry out the mass movement for the building of a harmonious city and a botanical garden or a fortress of happiness, but they failed to start this huge undertaking owing to the serious internal contradictions and the colonialists’ disturbance. They also failed to remould the people in the DR Congo by following the example of the President who had done with success. In fact, there are no Congolese in a real sense of meaning but Belgians, Zaireans and other immigrants.We are making efforts to make the people be the responsible masters of their own through our own peculiar project of remoulding the Congolese people.Since 1960, the popular masses in the DR Congo have led a life like nightmare that can be said to be an extensive phenomenon of planned human ill-treatment. In order to make the people in the DR Congo rise up in the struggle for independence of the country, it is necessary for them to become the true driving force in the resistance movement, revolution, independence movement, development and security of the DR Congo. If they fail to play their role in all fields of politics, the economy, society, security and ideology, they cannot become the masters of their own rights and duty but will be bound to a fate of a thing, a commodity or an animal.People in the DR Congo, let us unite to fight against the colonial predatory order!People in the DR Congo, let us turn out in the struggle against the empire of evil which enriches itself only.As all of you witness, social participation of the people in the DR Congo causes a serious problem. According to our researches, the people in the DR Congo do not need such false status as Belgian, Zairean or other tribes but the leader who can awaken them that they are the people of the DR Congo, the real status of theirs.No political system united the people in the DR Congo into one revolutionary rank and achieved national unity after independence. The people in the DR Congo are treated as a milch cow which has to give milk to death. Now is the time when the DR Congo should perform its role in the international arena to establish a peaceful, prospering, progressive and new world order, by learning after examples of socialist Korea.
