Education in Faith Intensified in DPRK

Pyongyang, December 6 (KCNA) -- Trade union organizations at all levels in the DPRK are intensifying education to prepare the working class and other trade union members to be those strong in mental power who embody the indomitable revolutionary faith and the revolutionary optimism. The Central Committee of the General Federation of Trade Unions of Korea (GFTUK) ensures that all its organizations constantly improve the contents and methods of ideological education, with the main emphasis put on training their members into vanguard fighters who are vigorously fighting for the comprehensive development of Korean-style socialism. The trade union officials of the Namhung Youth Chemical Complex are conducting in a methodological way the explanation on the epochal successes made in different parts of the country this year under the wise leadership of the Party Central Committee. Trade union organizations in Sinuiju City and Tongchang County organized a meeting to hear impressions of the reminiscences of anti-Japanese guerrillas, a contest for singing revolutionary songs in chorus, etc, thus giving a boost to the mental power of the masses. The trade union officials of the Hwanghae Iron and Steel Complex conducted at production sites the ideological education in combination with the recent noteworthy successes achieved in bolstering up the defence capabilities so that the employees better understood that nothing is impossible for them dynamically advancing along the road of self-reliance. Trade union organizations of the Musan Mining Complex and Hoeryong City hold regular gatherings to hear impressions of the great leaders' virtues and those of the State Academy of Sciences and the Grand People's Study House are intensifying the study on the peerlessly great men's famous works and the trees bearing revolutionary slogans. Trade union organizations of industrial establishments in Kangwon Province are conducting effective ideological education among their members to make them deeply cherish the steadfast revolutionary faith and optimism of the heroic generations.
