In June several years ago, the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un inspected a plant far from Pyongyang.
While going round it he paid special attention to the supply service for the employees of the plant.
When he made the round of the swimming pool and gymnasium newly built by the plant, he praised officials of the plant and a relevant field for having made devoted efforts to provide its workers with ample conditions for cultural rest.
He was very pleased to see the modern swimming pool and gymnasium, he said, adding that the longer one watched the plant, the more it looked attractive.
Going round the canteen in the compound and a bean processing factory, he learned about supply service.
At the dining room he was very pleased to hear that the plant had detailed plans for daily service, monthly special service, service to couples of innovators, service to mothers and service on birthdays and service was given according to them.
At the cuisine he learned in detail about supply of meat, eggs and mushroom.
At the bean processing factory, after looking round some bean-processing machines, he earnestly instructed to produce more processed beans to supply to the employees without ever running out of stock.
That day, he gave meaningful words to the officials.
He urged the officials to pay primary attention to the work for improving the standards of material and cultural life of the workers adding he was most pleased when he visited any plant which was successful in supply service.
In this way, he concerned himself about the supply service for workers very much.
