Equipment That He Saw with Gladness
Once the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un went round the production site of meat-processing workteam in a foodstuff factory.
While looking around the site, he, all of a sudden, let his eyes rest on an equipment.
It was the equipment which the factory newly modernized in our own style true to the task set forth by the General Secretary who visited the factory a year ago.
An official informed him that the equipment was just made by teachers and researchers of Kim Chaek University of Technology and technicians and workers of the factory with their concerted efforts.
Being told about it, the General Secretary watched the operation of the equipment.
After a while, he praised that it was made well and expressed his satisfaction saying that it ensured correctness each time.
Looking up to him with a broad smile on his face, the officials were moved warmly.
That day, the officials keenly felt again the noble intention of the General Secretary who wishes to solve all the problems relying on our own strength and efforts by holding fast to self-reliance as a treasured sword for prosperity and to science and technology as a powerful weapon of development.
Reason Why He Was Satisfied Over Again
It happened when the respected General Secretary visited a factory a few years ago.
That day he gave an important instruction arising in producing and supplying enough various kinds of fishing tackles badly needed for fishing and aquaculture and dropped in at the sample room where many fishing tackles were on display made by its own.
Acquainting himself with each product one by one, he appreciated that those were well-made and their qualities were good.
At that time, an official pointed at alternate lay rope and explained its superiority and utilization to him.
Listening to his explanation in delight, the General Secretary said how good it was to produce those ropes by our own efforts and then he appreciated that it was admirable success.
After a while he saw over again the various goods at the production site, saying that he was very pleased to see everything produced by itself and like this, there must be one’s own.
Indeed, that day was warmly kept in minds of the officials and employees of the factory as an unforgettable one that showed how ardent the General Secretary’s affection for and trust in ours is.
