Extended Itinerary
In September a few years ago, the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un bestowed warm benevolence on the teachers who volunteered for branch schools on islands, frontline areas and schools in mountain villages by calling them to Pyongyang amid the blessings of the whole country.
Toward the end of their itinerary, they had a great glorious time of having a souvenir picture taken at the plaza of the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun in presence of the General Secretary.
But they could not know all the reasons before.
Despite his busy national affairs, the General Secretary made sure that their itinerary was extended for wishing the teachers, who have devoted his all to the rising generation in silence at difficult posts, to push forward to be envied by the world and devoted his time like golden one to them.
That day, the General Secretary praised that the teachers, who have made contribution to the generation at island branch schools, frontline areas and schools in mountain villages, are patriots, warmly saying that their outlook on life should be introduced to the whole country to be followed.
Thanks to his love and trust, the rank of genuine educators who firmly ensure the country’s future with education of the rising generation is increasing day by day.
Seeing a Playground
It happened when the respected General Secretary visited Wisong Primary School built in the Wisong Scientists Residential District.
While walking up the stairs for looking round the indoor physical training ground in the upper floor of swimming pool, he looked at the school ground through a window for a while.
And then he, all of a sudden, asked the accompanying officials which would be better among the Poa pratensis and artificial grass.
At that time, an official told him that it would be like to cover the playground with artificial grass.
Thereon, the General Secretary assented to the official’s suggestion noting that it would be good to cover the playground of Wisong Junior Middle Shool as well as Wisong Primary School with artificial grass.
He warmly said that the schools should be equipped with all the facilities necessary for education perfectly.
The officials looked at the playground again.
It was not an ordinary playground but a broad stage reflecting the beautiful future of the country with reliable appearance of our rising generation.
