When we rely on our strength, even a long distance seems short but when we depend on others, even a short distance seems long. Only in our own way and relying on our strength!
Herein lies the strong dignity of the Korean people to open up a road of prosperity with the belief in and love for theirs and the pride of theirs.
The Korean people built creations of eternal value and socialist fairyland such as the Paektusan Hero Youth Power Station, the Koam-Tapchon Railways, the Sci-Tech Complex, Ryomyong Street and Mirae Scientists Street by dint of self-development.
Among them are the acrylic paints production processes of Korean style.
In August Juche 105(2016) the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un looked round the acrylic paints production processes newly built at the Sunchon Chemical Complex.
The complex built the acrylic paints production processes in Korean style and designed and manufactured equipment by itself and was producing the acrylic paints.
Looking round the production processes, Kim Jong Un learned about the quality of the products and said with satisfaction that they are great and nice.
He also said he keenly felt that when we are determined to do, we can put the chemical industry on a highly Juche-oriented and modern footing with our strength, technology and materials.
That day, he continued: We should believe only in our strength. When we rely on our own strength, even a long distance seems short and when we depend on others, even a short distance seems long. When we display the revolutionary spirit of self-reliance, we can make the greatest achievements even in worst conditions.
The Korean people have the precious truth that when they believe in their own strength, they can be strong but when they rely on others, they will fail to have confidence in their own strength.
