The people in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea fully enjoyed the First Full Moon Day, a folk holiday.
Capital citizens visited the Rangnang Museum on the 5th, spending a good time with various folk games.
A song and dance performance was given by artistes of the Phibada Opera Troupe at the Pyongyang Grand Theatre and a circus performance by artistes of the National Acrobatic Troupe at the Pyongyang Circus Theatre.
The Munsu Water Park, the People's Open-Air Ice Rink and other cultural recreation resorts were crowded with working people full of joy and optimism.
In every house people spent a pleasant time, taking different kinds of national foods prepared by housewives and playing the Korean chess and yut-game.
When darkness set in, people enjoyed the first full moon in the capital city Pyongyang such as Moran Hill, the Ryongwang Pavilion and Kyongru-dong, and in all other parts of the country.
