Pyongyang, March 29 (KCNA) -- South Hamgyong Province of the DPRK is striving to supply much more fertilizer to farms in the province, true to the resolutions of the 6th and 7th plenary meetings of the 8th Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, an action programme for struggle and advance.
Officials of the province have stepped up the production of fertilizer and its intensive transport, conducting an offensive field political campaign.
The Hungnam Fertilizer Complex intensified the organizational and political work and technical guidance for carrying out its production plans according to schedule. It introduced new technical innovation plans to produce several thousand more tons of fertilizer in recent one month alone.
The transport workers in the province carried a lot of fertilizer to the relevant farms with a viewpoint that they are responsible for attaining the goals of agricultural production this year, a year of key importance in implementing the five-year plan. -0-
