The enthusiasm of the officials of the ministries and national agencies for assistance to the countryside gets higher day by day at the time when the people across the country are rendering an active assistance to the socialist countryside in hearty response to the decisions of the Seventh Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.
They are powerfully accelerating the immediate spring farming on the fields of farms.
Officials of the State Commission of Science and Technology went to Pyoksong County of South Hwanghae Province and handed over the aid materials and are actively helping the agricultural workers with their work.
Officials of the Ministry of Land and Maritime Transport and the Public Catering Service Guidance Bureau went to farms in Samchon and Paechon Counties and are powerfully conducting the work including the cultivation of new land and the improvement of irrigation canals.
Those of the Ministry of Light Industry, the Bureau for Affairs with Diplomatic Corps and other ministries and national agencies are rendering material assistance to farms and ensuring manpower with responsibility.
