Pyongyang, March 28 (KCNA) -- The Pyongyang Automation Appliances Factory in the DPRK marked its 70th founding anniversary.
President Kim Il Sung founded the factory on March 28, Juche 42 (1953), picturing the future of victory in the flames of the war, and visited it several times to clearly indicate the orientation and ways for its development.
Chairman Kim Jong Il showed trust and loving care for the factory so that it could glorify its honor as a mother factory of the electric appliances and electric daily necessities industry conducive to realizing the country's automation industry.
The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un has led its workers, technicians and officials to bring about innovations in production so as to defend and glorify the immortal leadership exploits of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il associated with the factory forever.
Over the past 70 years since its foundation, the factory has developed into a large-scale electric and automation appliances producer under the wise guidance and tender care of the peerlessly great men, creditably fulfilling its revolutionary duty.
A meeting took place on March 27 to mark the 70th founding anniversary of the factory.
