Foreign personages made public press statements and articles on the occasion of the 75th founding anniversary of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
The Chairman of the Arab Committee for Solidarity with the Korean People and Support to Korea's Reunification, in a press statement, said Korea's possession of nukes is a great event which neutralized at a stroke the supremacy of the powers seeking world domination. With Korea's possession of nukes, an end was put to the era when the small countries were pressed by the arbitrariness of the big powers and forced subordination and submission, calamity and sacrifice, and a road opened to build a fair and just new world, he added.
A member of the leadership of the Brazilian Communist Party, the Chief of the Lebanese Group for the Study of the Juche Idea and the former Dean of the Political Faculty of the University of Damascus of Syria noted in their press statements that the DPRK has vigorously advanced along the road of socialism, braving the manifold difficulties under the guidance of the prominent leaders over the past 75 years.
They said the remarkable successes made in the DPRK give a great confidence to the progressive humanity and expressed the belief that the cause of building a powerful socialist country will surely be accomplished thanks to the leadership of the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un.
The Chairman of the Britain-Korea Friendship Association wrote in his article that the people-centred socialism of Korean style strengthened and developed by President Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il and His Excellency Kim Jong Un is winning victory after victory because it firmly maintains the independent stand and confidently advances along the road of its development with the might of the single-hearted unity. He wished socialism of Juche eternal prosperity.
A member of the Central Executive Committee of the Journalist Association of Myanmar, in an article posted on internet homepage, warmly praised the immortal exploits of Kim Il Sung who made the Korean people proud masters of an independent sovereign state.
