Stressing Importance of Training Talents
Once, the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un visited the Pyongyang Children’s Foodstuff Factory.
Looking round different parts of the factory, the General Secretary was informed that the integrated production system of the factory had been installed by teachers and researchers of Kim Chaek University of Technology. That day the General Secretary highly praised their success.
Then he said that Kim Chaek University of Technology should actively help factories and enterprises to put the production onto a scientific and IT basis and also should bring up many young talents who will be masters of the socialist power construction.
He stressed that the university should train talents who will shoulder the industry of the country.
His instructions taught the officials that it is important for the teachers and researchers to contribute to development of the factories and enterprises, but more important than that, is to train numerous talents.
The officials deeply kept in mind that training more talents well versed in science and technology is the most important work for the future of the country.
Bright Future of Country He Pictured in Pleasure
One day the respected General Secretary visited the Pyongyang Kim Jong Suk Silk Mill.
Informed that the employees, who had graduated from the then online university, took active part in technical innovation of the mill, the respected General Secretary said that the advantage of online university has already become obvious in the mill and it directly experienced the advantage of online university.
Then he continued that the production process of the factory would be modernized by its own force, for the mill had its own sci-tech forces, and it is true feature testifying to the soundness of the Party policy on making all the people well versed in science and technology.
That day, the respected General Secretary said with a smile on his face that if the work for making all the people well versed in science and technology was promoted and the study-while-working system was managed widely, the national economy would enjoy the great benefits after ten years.
Indeed, thanks to the wise leadership of the respected General Secretary who set forth the unique idea on making all the people well versed in science and technology and leads all the people to realize it, our country will prosper by dint of science and technology.
