The Taean Friendship Glass Factory keeps challenging big efforts into consolidating production foundation.
Recently, its officials, technicians and workers promote the projects for establishing the production process of heat-resisting glass, while hastening the current production.
When the factory establishes another new production process, in the wake of increasing varieties of goods including febrile reflecting glass and curved glass last year, it makes it possible to satisfy the demands of glass goods, which are needed in various economic fields, on its own efforts.
This year the officials set the bold task to newly establish the production process of heat-resisting glass and aroused the masses to establishment of the new process equipped with a complete set of efficient equipment in a short period.
In particular, they paid deep attention to completing the technical preparation and designing, while waging the work for providing necessary materials including iron sheets, welding rods, refractory bricks beforehand.
In the period of construction, technicians and workers including members of the April 15 Technical Innovation Shock Brigade pushed ahead with making and installing equipment of the new process while hastening the current production.
They made many parts of equipment by positively enlisting the latent reserves and created the collective innovation after shift.
Thus, the factory succeeded in establishing the new production process of goods mainly in just a little more than half a year.
